For best application results please make sure your doll and hands are clean and dry.
Body Art & Tattoos
To apply a tattoo, first decide where you want to place it. (For wraparound tattoos, keep them on their carrier sheets so you can wrap them around your doll to determine placement.) Then, carefully remove the tattoo from the carrier sheet and apply it wherever you desire.
To apply eyebrows, first you should determine your desired arch angle and placement. Next, position the inner corner then shape the rest of the decal outward. Then repeat on the other side.
To apply top eyelashes, position the outer corner then shape the rest of the decal inward. To apply bottom eyelashes, first you should determine where you want to position them. Start at the outer corner where they meet the top eyelashes then shape the rest of the decal inward. Then repeat on the other side. Stay as close to the edge of the eye socket as possible.
To apply eyeliner, position the wing at the outer corner of the eye then shape the rest of the decal inward. Then repeat on the other side. Stay as close to the edge of the eye socket as possible.
Eyeshadow (Pieces of Flair)
To apply flair, position the outer corner at the outer corner of the eyeliner then shape the rest of the decal inward directly above the eyeliner. Then repeat on the other side.
Be sure to pay attention to nail sizes as they are different. To apply nail polish decals, carefully remove one from the carrier sheet then apply to the correct nail. Then repeat for the rest of the nails.
With proper care and conditions, our products last until you choose to remove them.
We do not advertise our products as reusable although some of our customers have been able to carefully remove and place them back on their carrier sheets to store. They are repositionable to a certain extent, but they lose some of their stickiness each time.

Sets are ready to ship from Old Bridge, New Jersey and include free tracked shipping in the United States via USPS First-Class Mail. Our turnaround time is 3-5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when your order has been processed.
Purchasing Priority Mail shipping does not guarantee that your order will be shipped sooner. It simply insures your package for up to $50, thus lowering the risk of something happening to it in transit (getting damaged, lost, etc.). Most of the time, Priority Mail shipping takes up to 3 business days once your order has been shipped.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to start updating. If your tracking has not been updated within a few days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please reach out to us with your order number and we will look into it for you.
If your package was marked as delivered but you can’t find it, please verify that the address you provided at checkout was correct. If you live in an apartment complex, please check the front desk or lobby as sometimes packages are delivered there. In some cases, you can find your package at your local post office. Although we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, please email us with your order number if you believe your package is missing, and we will do our best to help you.
Due to the delicate nature of our products and limited supply during releases, all sales are final. We do not allow refunds or exchanges, so please purchase only when you are ready to do so.
Our products are handmade, and slight variations are part of what makes them special. Have you ever heard the saying, “Eyebrows should be sisters, not twins?” That being said, if an item is found to have a significant flaw or defect, please reach out to us with your order number and clear photos of the defect. Once confirmed, we will issue a store credit.
